– Sourcing and screening of candidates for Entry and Mid-Level Financial Advisor Service positions.
– Proactively manage the recruiting process by understanding talent selection and attraction challenges, as well as business priorities.
-Develop customized talent sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pools and pipelines.
-2 years of recruiting experience
-Financial recruiting experience preferred
-A professional approach, strong work ethic, and sense of commitment.
– Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
– Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Schedule: Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday onsite.
