The Performance Management team is seeking a contractor to serve as a Business Project Specialist to support the enterprise Performance Management process. This role has exposure across Talent Development, HR Corporate Systems, HR User Experience, Compensation, and the HR Business Partner/Consultant organization, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive long-term strategic vision.

This role is responsible for:

· Managing end-to-end technical build and user experience interfaces for Performance Management in systems like Workday in support of department and corporate objectives

· Analyzing and presenting data into reports to evaluate effectiveness of Performance Management changes/enterprise performance trends

· Promoting marketing campaigns to adopt an outcome-oriented mindset

· Facilitating learning sessions to teach the enterprise how to effectively evaluate performance, have candid conversations, and write performance goals

· Strategizing the transition from semiannual reviews to a culture of continual coaching and feedback

· Promoting a high-performing culture

· Serving as the international liaison for Asia and Australia

Core Responsibilities

1. Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

2. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.

3. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.

4. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

5. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Function-specific and Workday performance management experience preferred.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
