SAP Application Support Analyst – (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic technical strategic leader for a Director of Integrated Business Planning to  assume responsibility for  leading the development, maintenance, governance, and evolution of the portfolio of IT services and solutions supporting companywide Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand, Supply, Capacity, Production, Deployment, and Materials Requirements Planning.  The role is also responsible for collaborating with IT and Business partners across the end-to-end IBP process to drive strategy and solutions.

Director, Integrated Business Planning Responsibilities:

Provide SAP functional expertise and reporting analysis.

Provide support for aspects of the implementation including configuration, software training, data integration processes, and testing.

Create and implement test cases to ensure successful deployment of new enhancements.

Facilitate business process and master data redesign ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

Research and resolve technical and functional issues; including analyzing system errors and issues.

Create and maintain functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports to support business requirements and/or legacy applications.

Train business super-users and participate in knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with business users to determine and implement new critical system functionality.

 

Director, Integrated Business Planning Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience supporting SAP processes.

SAP ECC AR (SD & FI modules) – MUST HAVE
SAP ECC Cash Application – MUST HAVE
SAP ECC Deductions Management – MUST HAVE
High Radius Software integration a plus – they will be touching High Radius, very strong NICE TO HAVE
Competency in writing Functional / technical specs – MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPER
Expertise with Charm process and SAP solution documentation – Standard SAP Capabilities
Knowledge of BAI2 file structures a plus
Interface/integration experience – batch jobs and SFTP
