The Specialist I, Doc Management will oversee the process of imaging loan documents into Electronic Document Management System.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sort incoming mail.
  • Review documents for accuracy, update system with received information.
  • Scan images and process for automated indexing.
  • Sort and prepare documents for shipping.
  • Create and manage reports.
  • Filing and organizing stored documents.
  • Assist with special projects, as needed.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Other Related Duties:

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position is an individual contributor, has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Requirements

Will need to lift, push, pull 25 pounds
Often and sometimes required OT potential
Each has their dedicated workplace/cubicle
Will be interacting with co-workers and managers
Each day is different – filling and scanning; receiving and routing; data input; shipping.
Team is heavy on temps (12 current – up to 18 at times) – long term contract 9-12 months can convert
