Job Profile Summary – Leads project planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities. Accountable for daily objectives and project activities.

1. Completes activities in workstreams of a limited scope or assigned sections of a larger initiative. Monitors the progress of team and tasks, and ensures project milestones are met. Supports project managers with project scheduling and drafting project plans and budgets.

2. Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders. Identifies, evaluates and elevates risks and issues that have the potential of impacting the completion of the project. Acts as a business liaison by engaging resources and employing management strategies to resolve problems that impact the project. Negotiates and puts forward implementation approaches for alternative solutions as needed.

3. Participates in project meetings, documents the progress of projects and communicates the status of projects to appropriate audiences, including formal presentations and status reports to internal stakeholders.

4. Works with appropriate parties to plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage business activities to deliver projects. Assist teams in determining scope, requirements, and implementation of solutions.

5. Provides accurate and timely updates to the management team and department as needed. Follows up on assigned areas to ensure adherence to timeline and documents all projects and assignments. Identifies and documents project risks.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
