Our client’s team designs and delivers high-impact Sales Demos using their established brand system and prebuilt page components. These demos enable our Sales partners to win and retain business by showcasing key digital experiences and product features that clients can access once they onboard.

We work closely with Sales stakeholders to understand their client-specific needs and meeting objectives. Designers either adapt an existing demo or create a tailored demo experience to support critical client conversations. The impact of this work is significant: in 2025 alone, our demos helped retain a major client representing $40B in assets and supported the acquisition of a new client resulting in $750M in asset growth.

This team has excellent visibility to senior leadership and collaborates with a wide range of partners across organization including Sales, Product, Technology, and Experience Design. The role offers frequent opportunities to influence outcomes, demonstrate value at scale, and build strong relationships across the organization.

Details:

  • Ability to support design and strategy needs including sharing strategic vision and being proactive in moving the ball forward
  • Ability to create and maintain product roadmap in partnership with Product
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional execution across UX, Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver aligned, on-time demo outcomes
  • Create, maintain, and manage demo design assets, including Figma screens and prototypes, with strong ownership of version control
  • Define and enforce demo UX standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistent usability, accessibility compliance, clear storytelling, and polished, sales-ready execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management/relationship building – including senior stakeholders
  • Ability to take user needs and translate into design outcome
  • Ability to seamlessly juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Experience delegating tasks to other members of the team
  • Ability to create process around chaos in collaboration with the team
  • Ability to document process and scale it
  • Can build business acumen quickly
  • Deep expertise in Figma (prototyping, branching, components, etc)
