Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr. (DOE)

Position Type: Direct-Hire
Reports to: Engineering Manager & Operations
Overtime: Possibility of OT on Saturdays: 6am-12pm
Must Be:
- Able to Program CNC Machines, write code and understand machining, production processes, CAD/CAM Software.
- Must have strong understanding of GD&T, ability to read technical and engineering blueprints to specifications.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role goes beyond traditional engineering—it requires hands-on expertise in machining, programming, and optimizing manufacturing processes from concept to completion. As a key player in our production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless part development, driving efficiency, and maintaining quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, and optimize CNC and other automated machining systems for precision manufacturing.
- Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of components, from design to final production, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
- Troubleshoot and refine machining processes to enhance performance, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and production staff, to streamline operations and solve complex manufacturing challenges.
- Utilize engineering principles to analyze and enhance machining workflows, material usage, and equipment functionality.
- Assist in the development (design and machine) of new/existing features.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and excellence in manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in machining, CNC programming, and production process optimization.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, CAD/CAM software, and automation systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Must have extensive experience in precision machining, GD&T, ability to read technical and engineering blueprints
