Account Manager – Sales

Responsibilities:
- Show up ready to learn every day as you and your training class work towards earning your required certifications.
- Engage prospects through proactive outreach
- Work with customers to offer solutions that help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to customers
- Strong desire for continuous improvement through coaching and training
- Achieve or exceed daily metrics and monthly targets
- Ensure all transactions adhere to compliance standards
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Manage the system pipeline and schedule to maximize individual opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, competitive, and passionate
Base plus commission – total expected comp first year $60-$80k
