Account Manager – Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Show up ready to learn every day as you and your training class work towards earning your required certifications.
  • Engage prospects through proactive outreach
  • Work with customers to offer solutions that help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to customers
  • Strong desire for continuous improvement through coaching and training
  • Achieve or exceed daily metrics and monthly targets
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to compliance standards
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
  • Manage the system pipeline and schedule to maximize individual opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy, competitive, and passionate

Base plus commission – total expected comp first year $60-$80k
