Marketing Designer II – Remote
The Marketing Designer designs user-friendly and intuitive user interaction models and designs to meet the needs of end-users and to attract and retain customers. The Marketing Designer uses analytical, creative, and design thinking to understand users’ needs and create wireframes, interfaces, and resulting workflows to solve for user problems and enhance the user experience.

Marketing Designer Responsibilities:
⦁ Leverage personas, user research, and data to articulate multiple needs.
⦁ Collaborate with Marketing team members to develop engaging user experiences to support Regional Marketing campaigns.
⦁ Translate user requirements across technology platforms into actionable technical activities that accurately address and articulate user needs.
⦁ Develop wireframes, interfaces, and resulting workflows to solve for user problems and enhance the user experience.
⦁ Develop creative ways to solve problems (e.g. usability, findability).
⦁ Communicate and translate design ideas, workflows, and wireframes to technical teams.
⦁ Work with others in Marketing and Marketing Technology to create and implement attractive designs.
⦁ Actively stay informed of industry trends.
Marketing Designer Requirements:
⦁ BA | BS preferred in design or a related field
⦁ 3 – 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
⦁ Minimum of 3 years of experience working with marketing platforms
⦁ Strong portfolio of successful UX and/or design
⦁ Familiarity with interaction design
⦁ Proficient in UX research, design, and implementation practices
⦁ Problem-solving aptitude
⦁ Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
⦁ Analytical mind with a business acumen
⦁ Excellent communication skills
⦁ Collaborative team player that communicates with cross-functional and internal teams
⦁ Ability to explain design principles and reasoning to non-technical audiences, in order to achieve buy-in on design approaches
