Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Location: Hybrid (Charlotte/Camden)

Overview:
Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer. This candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively source and identify candidates for career opportunities at our company via social channels, hiring events, and other methods for assigned business unit(s). You will also leverage available recruitment tools and talent communities to establish relationships with passive candidates to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be the initial screening point for talent and will be counted on by the talent acquisition department and recruiters to find qualified candidates.

Requirements:
⦁ Attends Recruiter Strategy Discussion sessions with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Partners to co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy.
⦁ Conducts phone screens and communicate effectively with potential candidates and assess skills.
⦁ Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
⦁ Drafts and sends out recruitment messages to potential candidates.
⦁ Promotes the brand when communicating with candidates on various platforms.
⦁ Builds and maintains talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs.
⦁ Tracks pre-defined sourcing metrics and proactively identifies new sources.
⦁ Reviews and dispositions candidates accurately using the applicant tracking system and ensuring requisitions are managed compliantly.

Requirements:
⦁ 2+ years relevant sourcing or recruiting experience.
⦁ Proficient in MS Office products and capable of learning key HRIS / role specific applications.
⦁ Interviewing skills to support the business with recruitment needs.
⦁ Experience with recruiting sources, including social media, warm/cold calling, referrals, events, networking, publications, industry groups/associations, and job fairs.
⦁ Actively review data and metrics to provide updated reports.
⦁ Ability to handle various sourcing projects simultaneously across different lines of business and levels.
