Title: Sourcing Analyst
Enterprise Supply Management serves a key control function for our client by managing the enterprise-wide, end-to-end purchasing experience.

The Sourcing Analyst will source vendors and negotiate prices for products and services quickly and accurately within the timing standard set for the process pathway, handling mostly low-to-medium complexity transactions.
o Own low- and medium-complexity sourcing transactions. You will be responsible for sourcing vendors and negotiating prices for products and services
o Provide recommendations on vendors to the business through data analysis and maintaining knowledge in specific categories
o Drive engagements through the defined sourcing triage process, resolve issues and involve stakeholders as needed. Interface heavily with other Sourcing Operations teams (RFx, Contracting), business owners, and Legal & Risk partners, as needed, for each transaction
o Perform rapid sourcing activities by ensuring the application of fair business practices and consistent procurement of products and services at the best execution and best price
o Ensure proper closure of transactions including: Successful handoff to Purchasing and Payables associates; Validation that supplier will comply with agreed-upon payment terms; Contracting team receives documents in good order for catalogue and storage
o Support crew adherence to procurement policies and procedures
o Adhere to goals, examine ways to raise standards, and improve overall performance of the department
o Support departmental process and technology initiatives
o Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
o Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience
o Minimum of five years general business experience and three years of experience buying goods/services (incl. contract negotiations)
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office
o Experience working with all levels of an organization (internal and external)
o Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines
o Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships
o Industry knowledge and experience in Office General and Administrative, Crew-Related and Professional Services category
