Execute full life cycle recruitment strategies and plans; ensure the candidate, client and team experiences are met with exceptional service delivery

Strategic partner to senior leaders for developing critical talent strategies across key functional disciplines

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preference through interview-to-offer ratios

Conduct talent searches for highly technical roles across multiple functions to include: Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, Machine Learning, Product Management, and Program Management

Serve as a subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, applying advanced sourced best practices, translating recruiting concepts to practical application to support the business

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting

Compile, analyze, and communicate market data and trends in order to influence the recruitment strategy

Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining strategies through creative and strategic sourcing practices, workforce diversity initiatives, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities

Identify and demonstrate key attraction, awareness, and candidate conversion opportunities by understanding company values, competitive demographics, and employment value proposition
