PREFERRED: A qualified candidate is preferred to have HR Generalist experiences. This role will recruit and perform other functions within HR.


Execute full life cycle recruitment strategies and plans; ensure the candidate, client and team experiences are met with exceptional service delivery

Strategic partner to senior leaders for developing critical talent strategies across key functional disciplines

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preference through interview-to-offer ratios

Serve as a subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, applying advanced sourced best practices, translating recruiting concepts to practical application to support the business

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting
