Retail Store Manager (ONSITE – Pittsburgh, PA)
This position is an intense and fast-paced role requiring drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the store. You will be responsible for overseeing the store’s sales associates, ordering products, taking inventory, advising on promotional opportunities, and ensuring that the store’s product assortment meets the expectations of its customer base. The store’s success will rest on your shoulders and will be determined by your ability to execute and effectively lead a team that is hyper-focused on delivering a perfect experience for our customers. Retail Store Manager Responsibilities
- 8+ years of managing and leadership experience, a minimum of 5 years experience with a fast-paced environment, and leading a blended workforce of W2 and 1099 employees.
- Retail, warehouse, logistics, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a store or restaurant that sells alcohol is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution.
- Strong skills in team development and engagement.
- Ability to lead in an ever-changing environment.
- Proven track record of being a change agent with improving processes and efficiencies.

Retail Store Manager Requirements
- Day-to-day management responsibilities of the retail store.
- Responsible for ordering the store’s inventory, and engaging with local retail distributors.
- Responsible for ensuring that the store remains compliant with state alcohol beverage laws.
- Coordination with delivery drivers to ensure that all deliveries are executed seamlessly.
- Accountable to drive the financial performance of the store by ensuring that budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are achieved.
- Implementing and monitoring asset protection, safety controls, overseeing the safety of our people and products, and operational and quality assurance reviews.
- Conduct routine updates with the store’s owner.
