Operational

Attends team huddles/assemblies to provide announcements, clinical operations updates, review staffing, daily assignments, and assigning preceptors.

Works directly with medical director and nurse manager to develop and implement team-based policies, procedures and work standards.

Leads and implements change initiatives to strengthen team based care and CPC+ standards.

Organizes department workloads, establishes work standards, and evaluates workflow problems and resolutions.

Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned medical assistant needs.

Serves as liaison between medical assistants, providers, and front desk staff.

Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.

Educational Requirements

BSN Bachelor’s of Science , Nursing

Active BLS
