Purchasing Coordinator.

Duties:

Answer Purchasing’s general phone line and route calls to appropriate personnel

System maintenance – updating Strat Sourcing system for new users, setting up their access to various departments to allow for ordering

Receive in furniture orders (compare purchase order against delivery receipt)

Scanning documents into OnBase

Communicating with vendors via email to gather W-9s and other Vendor forms

Other duties as assigned

Hours: 8:00 – 4:30 with ½ hour lunch break
