Project Coordinator, Facilities – REMOTE

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented, Project Coordinator who offers demonstrated experience managing repair and maintenance requests for facilities in a REMOTE capacity. In this role, you will partner with field teams through the full life cycle of the work order; from troubleshooting with on-site Management to ensuring vendors receive payment for repairs/upgrades. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, knowledgeable about basic building maintenance, and strives to provide the highest level of customer service to their team.

Project Coordinator, Facilities Responsibilities:

· Schedule and track requests for repairs, upgrades, and other projects.

· Obtain competitive bids and hire vendors to complete upgrades/repairs.

· Urge vendors to complete projects within deliverable timelines.

· Closely track budget vs. actual costs for each job or purchase.

· Communicate with field teams on scheduling repairs and projects.

· Build playbook for Preventative Maintenance programs.

Project Coordinator, Facilities Responsibilities:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred; prior Project Coordinator/Trade school experience will be considered.

· 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in Project Coordination.

· Tech-savvy (Google Suite, MS Office, Mobile Applications, Analytics Software, etc…)

· Construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration is highly desirable.

· Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and quickly to minimize business disruptions in the field

· Strong communication service focus and vendor management skills.
