Product Marketing Specialist

You will be supporting and implementing the marketing strategy for new client product launches by driving product-marketing initiatives to support the clients customer growth and collaborating with Product and Innovation teams as well as sales channels to test, validate and assess Go-to-Market messaging and positioning for new products.

You will do this by utilizing learnings from tests to inform new product positioning, with a particular focus on identifying how new offerings enhance the overall value prop of the client to the target customers and assuring that insights are shared with regional marketing resources for effective positioning of products to new and existing audiences within regions to support growth.

While bringing products to market, you will help us continuously improve our processes to increase speed to market and ensure we are delivering products that solve problems for our customers.

The skills for this role are:

  • Contract length 6-8 months
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Experience with Agile tools & methodologies preferred
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization a plus
  • Experience marketing in both B2C and B2B
  • Deep understanding of developing and defining the customer journey and highly experienced in online marketing channels including paid search, search engine optimization, website design, email marketing, and affiliate marketing
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects (from conception to completion) while ensuring prioritization is aligned to the team goals
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients while in a remote working environment
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
