Patient Services Representative
Hours: 8-4:30
Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Responds accurately to a high volume of inbound calls
• Responds to all incoming calls and schedules appointments according to guidelines
• Documentation of call is detailed and accurate • Demonstrates good judgement of advancing urgent calls
• Enter patient demographics
• Ability to multi-task with typing and talking simultaneously
• Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff to provide accurate communication
Education and experience requirements: High School graduate Prior call center, customer service and medical office related experience preferred. Computer and key boarding skill required
