Account Executive – Pharma/Lifesciences: Philadelphia, PA (HYBRID)

We are actively seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our client partner, a team of industry experts who specialize in delivering tailored solutions that combine cutting-edge theory with real-world practice to drive breakthrough business performance. This individual will have strong communication and organizational skills. They will adhere to budgets and deadlines to ensure profitability of client accounts and coordinate portfolios between clients and internal project tasks simultaneously. Account Executive – Pharma/Lifesciences: Responsibilities

· Deliver tasks within timescales and on budget to ensure profitability of client accounts

· Coordinate portfolio of client and internal project tasks simultaneously

· Receive requests and manage tasks to completion

· Track project deliverables and project commercial elements to ensure the objectives are met in line with the scope of work

· Produce PowerPoint presentations to an exceptionally high level

· Drive and delivery agency processes to a high standard

· Confidently create and manage timelines internally, identifying and calling out key milestones and planned deadlines or issues before they arise

· Structure a client proposal developing key components such as budgets, timelines and deliverables

Account Executive – Pharma/Lifesciences: Requirements

· 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency setting, managing a number of projects and clients to tight deadlines. Ideally, this will be in a PR, Marketing, or Communications Agency that specializes with clients in the Pharma/Lifesciences field

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences, or a related field

· Strong client relationship management and communication skills

· Naturally demonstrates passion, innovation, and integrity in client services

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills essential
