IT Executive Recruiter
Contract to hire for the right candidate.
Collaborate with leadership, HR Business Partners, Executive Compensation and Talent Management to obtain objectives and executive an end to end, high touch recruitment process. Must have the ability to conduct your own creative searches and sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of professional talent. Will be responsible for managing your own portfolio and hiring of top level positions within the firm. Must have excellent client, candidate and vendor management relationship skills, in addition to communication skills that allow you to consult, influence, and drive business forward. May be asked to attend industry executive recruiting events and other professional forums.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, advanced degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years related work and recruiting experience
Understanding of HR policies/processes.
Knowledge of executive recruiting field and has strong executive presence.
Experience in development and implementation of recruiting strategies and fulfillment of executive level positions.
Experience working with senior leadership, management of vendor relationships and working with teams across multiple locations.
Strong oral and written communication.
Excellent project management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple initiatives, and work in a deadline driven environment.
