HRIS Analyst (Workday) – Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

We are actively seeking a dedicated HRIS Analyst to join one of our renowned client partners, a national legal services firm that specializes in corporate law. This candidate will leverage firm technology towards improving best practices and productivity throughout the firm. They will serve as a subject matter expert on business process configuration, security, reporting, and integration development. This position is located in Philadelphia, PA but candidates may be considered for a remote hire on a case-by-case basis. HRIS ANALYST (WORKDAY) – Responsibilities:

– Implementing and maintaining Workday initiatives firm-wide

– Support upgrades and user acceptance testing

– Provide other technical and process-related support as assigned

– Work in a collaborative environment with all functional areas of the HR and Payroll Departments

HRIS ANALYST (WORKDAY) – Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of Workday business process and configuration responsibility with demonstrated integration knowledge

– Strong custom reporting experience preferably in a law firm or professional services environment

– Working knowledge of all modules of Workday including: Recruiting/Onboarding, HCM, Benefits, Time and Absence, Payroll, and Advance Compensation

– Knowledge of other reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services and/or PowerBi dashboard reporting and analytics tool is a strong plus

– Working knowledge of HR processes and HRIS applications is preferred

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
