Run reports to determine current employee’s compliance records are up to date. Based reports, determine which employees (caregivers) need to be reviewed. Using a spreadsheet determine missing documents and find/create any missing documents. Load and review missing documents in OnBase.

Skills required: attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft office systems, knowledge of converting documents to pdf, knowledge of how to navigate database system, experience in data entry

Job duties:

  • Run report in Workday for the date period auditing and cut and paste into the audit template spreadsheet
  • Using the report pull the job requisition number and use the questionnaire to determine required documents and add to the spreadsheet
  • Access OnBase and locate documents
  • For documents not found, contact Onboarding Ambassador (if current caregiver) to see if they have any of the missing documents, access various websites to obtain missing documents, request caregivers to sign new documents
  • Load missing documents into OnBase DIP folders
  • Ensure missing documents loaded correctly into OnBase
