Looking for a head hunter to find clients to purchase Consumer Electronic Goods.

e Director of Business Development will be a significant source of revenue growth for the agency. Position’s responsibilities encompass all activities related to the strategy, procurement, management, coordination and execution of attracting new clients. The Director will research, analyze and identify target markets to develop strategic and tactical growth plans. S/he will, then, pitch to and convert potential clients in areas of strategic interest.

The Director will identify opportunities , formulate how the agency will best attract and retain prospects, while helping them attain their business goals, and in the process will establish and maintain relationships with decision makers of new and existing clients. Also, the Director will create and conduct budget review, oversee and coordinate internal initiatives and staff operations to support new client relationships.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate development of client proposals and RFP responses, pitches and presentations. Then, will create and deliver compelling and customized sales presentations that address the core business issues and opportunities faced by prospects.
  • Develop business plans and strategies; actively manage agency’s efforts in attracting new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with key prospects and senior personnel in client organizations
  • Evaluate and adjust new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting of the new biz pipeline
  • Participate in the development and implementation of all marketing materials necessary to create and support key messages that resonate with target audiences
  • Inspire and motivate Sales and Operations teams by sharing the vision and enthusiasm for the projects


  • Successful sales experience in an integrated media environment
  • Tenure in similar role within Consumer Electronic goods is required for this position
  • Familiar with Home Security is a plus
  • Should be a hunter and have a passion for closing deals
  • Superb client management, expectation management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Has and can build a healthy book of business
  • Initiative, innovative, entrepreneurial, able to respond to opportunities as they come available, flexible
  • Team player / collaborative operating style
  • Strong motivation to exceed goals
  • Strong writing, grammatical, and proofing skills
