Financial Specialist

As a Financial Specialist, you aren’t just answering financial questions, you are providing exceptional member experiences, to Members 50+, by representing products and services. On-Site in Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities:

• Be the key contact for our members with questions and inquiries relative to finances, wealth management, budgeting, and estate planning etc.

• Work and cross-collaborate with other Member Specialists.

• Answer incoming calls/emails/chats from our members regarding financial matters and other member benefits.

• Build relationships with our members by listening to their financial needs and providing the needed information.

• Work with our members to develop healthier financial skills and habits.

• Guide Members to a variety of resources to support their decision-making.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 3+ years of experience

• Industry experience is a plus

• Working knowledge of personal financial topics and an eagerness to grow in your knowledge

• Effective communication skills, verbal and written

• Ability to identify member needs, keep detailed records, and consistently exhibit a high level of motivation to clearly connect with Members.
