Director of Payroll – Allentown, PA (Hybrid)
Our company is actively seeking a qualified candidate for our Director of Payroll position. This person will be responsible for overseeing all payroll processes and procedures from start to finish. Our company is looking for an individual who will continuously work to improve the efficiencies of the payroll processing and delivery routines. This candidate will also be responsible for the management and constructive coaching and counseling of team members while ensuring optimal workable solutions to business issues that may arise. Finally this candidate will oversee the planning, estimation, and prioritization of performance activities.

Director of Payroll – Responsibilities:
API, Workday or Lawson experience.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Analytical ability to identify and resolve problems that require the use of mathematical, statistical, and financial principles.
Ability to work with minimal direction and manage details within a complex payroll system and work on multiple projects at a time.
Understanding of how to process re-classes, short-term disability, FMLA, and other special pay items.
Working knowledge and ability to use spreadsheet and word processing software.
Director of Payroll – Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with 7 total years payroll experience.
5 years of experience managing payroll staff and processes and.
Experience as a payroll manager in a large, complex organization.
