Digital Marketing Manager (REMOTE/HYBRID – Chesterbrook, PA)
We’re seeking a savvy, data driven digital marketing specialist to join our growing team and accelerate the digital growth of the company’s brand. You will work with members of the marketing team and be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google and Bing advertising platforms.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Manage digital advertising & all auction-based placements (including YouTube, Google Adwords, and Microsoft AdCenter) among others.
Maximize profit through campaign bidding, guaranteeing that we grow the business with the right customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
Apply intelligent bidding strategies that adjust our bids based on business goals, including keyword research, campaign setup, ad copy, campaign optimization.
Execute and optimize audience strategy for new and existing customers.
Performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, ad copy, offers and landing pages.
Ongoing analysis of competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to inform digital marketing strategies with a focus on the financial services vertical.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
Must have experience within consumer finance and/or financial services.
2-5 years working in a marketing role with a strong focus in paid digital media.
Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads. Bonus for experience with others such as Snap, TikTok, etc.
Ability to understand data-driven results (Direct Response marketing) and the actions needed to optimize campaigns and hit target goals.
Deep understanding of digital KPIs, including Google Analytics.
Must be able to handle and prioritize a wide variety of work in a fast-paced environment.
Agile and conscientious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
