Our client, a leading provider of managed physical medicine for the workers’ compensation industry and related market sectors, has an immediate need for Out Bound Customer Advocates to join their team in King of Prussia, PA.

As an Advocate supporting the communication between our network Providers, referring adjusters and nurse case managers, you will report to the Advocate Supervisor to help strengthen our referral process, ensuring efficient workflow, while increasing customer satisfaction. Acting as liaison, an Advocate tracks patient progress from the Initial Evaluation to closure by obtaining relevant case information from Providers, maintaining the integrity of the case file and related documents, and communicating professionally and effectively with the referring customer.
Manage multiple claims and monitor case status by confirming patient attendance with network providers, and addressing any concerns regarding compliance.
Properly update all case related data to in house database.
Track and relay authorization to our providers as directed by the clients with confirmations to the adjuster and NCM.
Be knowledgeable regarding the clients unique needs and respond appropriately.
Build approachable, professional relationships with providers and referring customers.
Compliance with HIPAA and URAC guidelines.
Qualities and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Impeccable customer service skills, 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Computer skills in Windows environment.
Time management and strong organizational skills.
