Clinical/Healthcare Recruiting Manager
Growing staffing agency looking for a Clinical/Healthcare Staffing manager to build a staffing team.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will will be responsible for growth, strategy, and operations for assigned. This role is responsible for recruiting and sourcing strategy development and execution especially in the clinical Allied and Nursing Services and managing mid-level to executive roles while also managing an assigned team of recruitment staff. This role supports the function and businesses with benchmarks and market trends while effectively and efficiently filling all positions as assigned to her/him and the team she/he manages.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a team of recruiters and be responsible for executing on strategies and managing tactical recruitment activities for the assigned areas. This position requires excellent communications skills, the ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization, work with a level of performance that requires independent action, analysis and interpretation. Must be comfortable with data and analysis in driving recruitment and retention outcomes and to enhance team performance in recruitment outcomes. Must be able to handle a level of complexity and be a change agent.
-Bachelor’s Degree Required. Preferred areas include Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
- Master’s Degree desirable. Preferred areas include Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
- minimum of 7 years’ experience in direct recruitment for clinical professionals or direct recruitment experience within clinical operations
- Three or more years’ experience managing recruiting professionals is strongly preferred.
- Prior Experience selecting and managing executive search partners and projects strongly preferred.
