A motivated and engaged individual focused on driving client relationships through proactive communication while collaborating with advisor teams

Day in the Life
• Average goal of 40+ outbound dials a day in order to schedule 36+
appointments a week
• Aligned to an Investor Center in any region. Outbound calls will be
from that Investor Center phone number as if you are dialing from
that branch location.
• All outbound agenda setting and calendar management with
autonomy in day.
• Structured/Repetitive environment

Role Highlights
• Proactive outreach to clients to schedule appointments to deepen
the advisor relationship & explore additional value adds for client.
• Take ownership of 20+ Salesforce Tasks delegated from each
Advisor Team (average 250 tasks per week)
• Drive acquisition & development of assets with an understanding
of products and planning tools.
• Partner with 10-15 different consultants, and their teams, to
manage their book and client outreach strategy
