Call Center Representative
At least a six month contract with strong likelihood for extension and potential for hire.
The successful candidate will provide superior customer service to members, volunteers, and customers for a growing global organization. The position will track, validate, and enter customer data and inquiries accurately and within service standards. This will also involve responding and following up on all inquiries (email and telephone) in a professional, accurate, and timely manner to maintain defined service standards.
The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience paired with a proficiency in MS Office and capability of learning internal systems to manage customer data. Hours for this position can range between 8:00AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
-High school diploma or equivalency. Advanced education desirable.
-At least one year of telephone response and data entry experience with speed and accuracy, preferable in a high volume transaction environment.
-Business math skills in regards to answering questions on dues and payments.
-Effective verbal and written communications skills, as well as command of the English language and associated rules and styles, to greet and respond to customers from worldwide locations.
-Excellent customer care skills with the ability to meet customer needs.
-Work hours could extend beyond regular schedules at times
-Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite
-Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skill sets.
