Business Analyst
Location: Chesterbrook, PA Onsite or Hybrid

Works closely and collaboratively with IT Director, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements and plan, direct, organize, and execute against project requirements.  


  • Gathers requirements from business functional owners and translates into clearly defined specifications and deliverables for the implementation team. 
  • Acts as liaison between the business owner and the project team. 
  • Leads the planning and implementation of multiple routine and high-level IT projects. 
  • Responsible for the oversight of project-level financial management. Creates fundamental project financial expense plans, tracking, and reporting variances throughout project. 
  • Leads cross-functional teams assigned during the duration of a project, clearly communicates expectations, and holds team accountable to ensure alignment and timely completion of assigned tasks. 
  • Communicates project status to team, and other executive leaders as appropriate throughout the duration of the assignment. 
  • Develops highly detailed work plans and schedules while simultaneously evaluate and defines appropriate ownership responsibilities and controls. 
  • Provides knowledgeable advice and consults with business partners around governance, technology, and implementation of IT systems and processes. 
  • Designs and manages execution of test plans and documents exciting results.  
  • Manages the technical evaluations and reviews related to technology, project, and IT business delivery. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.  
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.  
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
