Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an exceptional direct marketer will take a successful direct mail acquisition program to the next level. This role will be heavily engaged in the following deliverables:
Optimize budget of Direct Mail campaigns across all customer segments.
Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate both creative and product opportunities.
Coordinate cross segment creative roadmap alignment.
Assist Program Managers in performing recurring direct mail audits to ensure best in class accuracy and speed to market.
Manage inventory of approved creative copy, testimonials, and key differentiators.
The successful candidate will have the confidence and skill to challenge the status quo and come up with new answers to old questions, develop insights, and push the traditional boundaries of the lending industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate efforts will be critical to succeed in this role, all while actively engaging in a supportive and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate efforts with the Direct Mail Program Managers to ensure optimal budget allocation and creative alignment.
Own/Co-own key strategic areas of the Direct Marketing programs.
Design test plans, track performance, and evaluate results by making recommendations for developing new strategies or modifying existing ones.
Coordinate the integration of branding efforts into Direct Mail messaging strategy.
Perform recurring creative audits to ensure accuracy of marketing materials.


6+ years of experience driving exceptional results with complex marketing acquisition channels, including Direct Mail.
Demonstrated track record of effectively influencing key decision makers.
Financial services and/or lending experience strongly desired (or at least other B2C industry experience.)
Knowledge of regulatory standards governing direct mail and solicitations.
Experience working with strategic vendors, print houses, letter shops, and knowledge of bulk, direct mail operations.
