Digital Marketing, Associate (Hybrid- NYC)

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for building and evolving our digital properties with
the primary goals of delivering best-in-class digital properties, driving traffic and deepening engagement
across our Financial Advisor audience segment. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for
building and supporting data-driven and client-centric digital experiences.

Digital Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day upkeep of a brand product website (e.g. Real Estate, Credit, etc.)
including content planning and requests, development and execution of tactical content
updates and troubleshooting functional issues should they arise
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Technology and Legal /Compliance partners
to define, manage and execute digital tactics in support of strategic product initiatives
• Leverage content management systems and project management tools to oversee marketing
initiatives from content development and execution, to KPI evaluation and optimization.
• Help drive / execute SEO strategies within page structure and content design as part of a more
comprehensive SEO/SEM strategy
• Support implementation of site tagging and tracking initiatives including the development of a
universal tagging taxonomy across Firm websites
• Enhance the site visitor experience with strategic customer journey mapping, lead gen process
improvements, and information architecture enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to conceptualize and implement platform and design
enhancements, and integrate technology upgrade
• Develop relationships with key individuals across the firm to understand best practices and help
reinforce marketing standards for consistent branding and messaging, while maximizing
marketing impact
• Learn from and absorb knowledge about competitive offerings, market trends and industry
developments specific to private wealth management and the alternatives space
• Support analytics reporting and marketing automation efforts as part of broader team and firmwide initiatives

Digital Marketing Associate Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry, asset
management experience a plus
• Experience working with content management platforms (WordPress preferred), contact
relationship systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation, and data dashboard systems
