Title: AEM Web Content Administrator

As the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Web Content Developer/Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with the development, UX and partner agency teams to develop, coordinate, edit, and publish compelling web content for the future experience. In addition to overseeing these new experiences, you will maintain the sites information architecture and content so that it is accurate and up to date and within compliance, while ensuring that all sites are creative, informative, and easy to navigate. The ideal candidate has hands-on AEM experience and demonstrated collaborative and agile approach to manage and support cross-departmental digital projects, including working with Marketing, IT and Marketing Platforms groups.

In this role you can expect to:

o Create pages and manage layouts/web content across the developer and customer communities

o Incorporate user experience UX principles and customer-first mindset into web content, navigation, and design.

o Create content taxonomy and ensure all content is properly tagged for optimal search results

o Coordinate with various groups to produce, maintain, and edit web-related content in a variety of formats including (but not limited to) web pages, portal channels, newsletters, blogs, articles, and surveys.

o Create, edit and manage content such as graphics, photography, video, and text to ensure it remains relevant, current and has a consistent style and voice.

o Address website accessibility issues and maintain ADA compliance for web content.

o Participate in groups and committees related to web-based technologies and governance.

o Identify and evaluate new products and technologies for possible implementation; maintain current knowledge of technological advances and industry trends.

o Perform related duties as assigned.

o Experience with developing web site performance metrics.

o Experience selecting, creating, and guiding visual content for the web (photos, advertising banners, video, etc.)
