Account Executive- (REMOTE)
The Account Executive will be assigned several existing IT support customers to manage the relationship and day-to-day service levels along with the opportunity to grow new and existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will carry a minimum of 2 years outside sales experience with exceptional organization and follow up skills. We will provide the tools and training for the right candidate.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
Initiates sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments.
Responsible for cold-calling and creating new prospects, as well as following up with existing leads.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Develops sales by making initial presentations; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance while making recommendations and creating up-sell opportunities.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; prepares contracts for service terms.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Work with Customer Service Specialist(s) to develop quotes and proposals for review and delivery to clients.
Maintain working relationships with suppliers, negotiating service and costs as required.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
Account Executive Requirements:
2 + years of experience working within or for a managed service provider (MSP) as an account manager.
Must be open to travel 25% of the time to Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas, TX area.
Candidates must have experience selling outsourced IT managed services.
Strong customer service led skills and strong communication.
